A Visit from Rolls-Royce

8:00-9:00pm, Thursday, September 14 Room 106B1, Engineering Hall

This week oSTEM will be visited by Rolls Royce. We are honored to have them as our guests and hope you all join us. They will discuss being queer in the workforce, particularly as it relates to their company and engineering as a whole. A resume review will be held for those interested in having their resume reviewed by a professional who is also an oSTEM@Illinois alumnus! The larger Rolls-Royce brand will be discussed as well, followed by a Q&A session. Free food will be provided! Whether you’re hungry for a job, food, or both, we hope to see you there!

The resumes of our members are kept in our resume book, which we provide to companies who have shown support to oSTEM. This means that these companies are committed to fostering LGBTQIA+ supportive environments, and are potentially looking for candidates from our organization! This resume book will also be kept strictly confidential - the only people who will see it are our exec board members, and members of the companies who have supported oSTEM.
